I bought 2 charms (13.1 & NY Yankees) charms at the MORE/ Fitness expo last year and absolutely love them! This year I decided to add an Oklahoma State U charm to my other sneaker (my son goes there). I was disappointed when I didn't see it on the website....no worries, I contacted Suzanne and she got right back to me. Of course I can do that for you! And she did! I just received it on the mail yesterday and have already attached it to my running shoe! I love these charms and get lots of compliments on them! I am hoping to email Suzanne for a 26.2 by the end of the year!! Thanks Suzanne!!! Now time for a long run :)

I LOVE LOVE my personalized charm that was made. I will wear this beautiful charm in loving memory of my sweet little Kylie Xiu (9-1-03-12-19-03) who passed away tragically of SIDS. I am so touched that Suzanne called me when she received my photo of Kylie Xiu. I stared running in my daughter's memory and every time I put my shoes on and go running, I will always be able to look at her beautiful little face on this special charm.

Thank you for making products that can put a smile on my face. It is the little things in life that can help heal a broken heart.

I can't wait to buy more and BLING out my shoes!

First your customer service rocks, and I know this because I teach customer service to companies for a living.

I bought my first charm in Tempe, AZ for myself and my cousin. I met up with you again in Las Vegas on 3 Dec, ordered the charm and it was in my mail box on 6 Dec, with a note and some great "Thank you" confetti. Having spent 24+ years in the army, I love having "girlie" charms on my shoes! When I wear them they remind me I now run for fun. The look great on my shoes or on a hat.

Bought my second Boston Marathon charm just a few days ago, because I LOVED the one I bought for last year's marathon. Now I have one on each shoe! Thank you-I love looking down on a tough run and seeing the charm-it makes me think, if I can run Boston, I can run anything!!

Bought 2 "I LOVE TENNIS" hearts while visiting in Miami. My tennis friends love my tennis shoe bling and they want me to get them one for their shoes.
We are hoping to carry this charm in our tennis club pro shop.

I bought 3 charms for myself at the Disney Princess 1/2 Marathon expo. And then I bought 3 more for friends. Everyone loves them and the sparkle they add. Plus as you are running, you can look down and get some inspiration. Now I have to get more so I can have them on all my shoes.
