What forms of payment do you accept?

Why do I see multiple charges on my card?
No worries — your card is only charged once for your completed order!
If you see duplicates, it usually means:
🐝 You clicked “submit” twice (it happens!)
🐝 Your Wi-Fi blinked mid-checkout
🐝 You went back to edit something
Those extra charges are temporary authorizations and usually disappear in a few days.

Can I return my charm if I change my mind?
Our charms are final sale — but any that arrive defective or have issues over time are covered by our BeeCause Lifetime Sparkle Guarantee. ✨

Why does the website ask me to register an account?
If you haven’t created an online account before, the site may ask you to set one up — especially if you're trying to view past orders or track a shipment.
Use the same email you get our newsletters from, and it’ll sync automatically!

Where is my order?
Good news: we ship quickly!
You’ll receive:

2️⃣ Shipping Confirmation + Tracking (usually within 1 business day)

Digital gift cards arrive within 5–10 minutes.
If you don’t see it:

How do I redeem my BeeCause Charms Gift Card?
At checkout, select “Gift Card” as your payment method and enter your code.
If your gift card doesn’t cover the full amount, you can pay the balance with another method.
