We stand behind every authentic BeeCause Charm.

BeeCause Charms are made to go places with you, and we want you to feel confident wearing them. That's why authentic BeeCause Charms are backed by our Lifetime Sparkle Guarantee against manufacturing defects.

Our Lifetime Sparkle Guarantee

If your authentic BeeCause Charm experiences a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it — no matter how long you've owned it.

Examples of manufacturing defects may include:

  • Rhinestones falling out under normal use
  • Epoxy or resin yellowing or discoloring
  • Structural defects caused by manufacturing
  • Other confirmed manufacturing-related failures

Our Lifetime Sparkle Guarantee also applies to authentic legacy BeeCause Charms purchased before the current ownership of BeeCause Charms.

What's Not Covered

The Lifetime Sparkle Guarantee does not cover:

  • Lost or missing charms
  • Accidental damage
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by alterations or modifications
  • Products that cannot be verified as authentic BeeCause Charms

All Sales Are Final

Because of the nature of our products, all BeeCause Charms sales are final.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong design, or other non-defective merchandise.

Personalized, photo, logo, custom and clearance charms are also final sale.

Exchanges + Replacements

If your charm qualifies under our Lifetime Sparkle Guarantee, we'll replace it with the same design when available.

If the original design has been retired or is no longer available, we'll work with you to select a comparable replacement.

Approved replacement charms are provided at no charge. Customers are responsible for applicable replacement shipping costs, currently approximately $5.

If you're visiting us at an expo or event and we have an eligible replacement available, we may be able to replace your charm in person with no shipping charge.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Order number, if available
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Email info@beecausecharms.com with information about your charm and the issue you're experiencing.

Please include photos whenever possible so we can review your request.

Once approved, we'll provide instructions for completing your replacement.
